I believe therapy is essential for understanding how our mental health can improve our everyday life. I take a holistic approach with each client to treat the whole person, using neuroscience to inform my work. By incorporating insights about how our brains process emotions and experiences, I aim to help you navigate your thoughts and feelings more effectively.
I'm passionate about building an inclusive and collaborative therapeutic environment to address daily challenges like stress, anxiety, trauma, and depressive thoughts. It's important to me to address my clients' identities through an antiracist and multicultural approach, helping to create an equal relationship where you feel seen and heard.
I have a wide range of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, and couples therapy. My goal is to create a space where you can begin the healing process.
